How does delivery and setup work?+
Our team delivers, sets everything up completely, and returns to break it down. You don't lift a finger.
What are your setup requirements?+
A flat, clear area 2ft larger than the unit on all sides and a 110v outlet within 100 feet.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before your event. Within 72 hours may hold 50% deposit.
What happens if it rains?+
Safety first. We'll reschedule at no charge if severe weather is forecast.
How are the inflatables cleaned?+
Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental using commercial-grade, child-safe products.
Do you charge for delivery?+
Delivery is free within 15 miles of our warehouse. Beyond that we charge a flat fee based on your ZIP code, shown at checkout before you pay.
How far in advance should I book?+
For peak season (May through September) we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead. Off-season, 1 to 2 weeks is usually fine. Same-week bookings depend on availability — call us if you're in a hurry.
Are you fully insured?+
Yes. We carry full commercial general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Many parks and venues require one, so just let us know during booking.
Are there age or weight limits for the inflatables?+
Each inflatable has manufacturer-rated limits posted on the unit and listed on the product page. Most bounce houses recommend ages 3 and up with a 1,000 lb total capacity. Toddler units are sized for ages 1 to 5.
What payment methods do you accept and is a deposit required?+
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through secure online checkout. A 25% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due 48 hours before your event.

Terms and Conditions

RESERVATION & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve equipment. Full payment is due prior to setup. If paying with check, payment must be made at least 7 days in advance. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.

DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP
Bay Tigers Party Rentals will deliver, install, and remove equipment. Customer must provide clear access to setup area. Additional charges may apply for stairs, gates, long carry distances, or inaccessible locations.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR SELECTED DELIVERY TIME IS NOT A GUARANTEED ARRIVAL TIME. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO A  2-HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer agrees to:
• Provide adult supervision at all times.
• Keep equipment free from food, drinks, gum, face paint, confetti, glitter, silly string, pets, and sharp objects.
• Ensure equipment remains in original setup location.
• Prevent unauthorized use after dark unless approved.

BOUNCE HOUSE & WATER SLIDE SAFETY RULES
• No flips, wrestling, or rough play.
• No shoes inside inflatables.
• Separate children by size and age.
• No climbing walls, netting, or support structures.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be followed.
• Water slides must be used feet first only.
• Equipment must not be used during rain, lightning, high winds, or severe weather.

WEATHER POLICY
For severe weather, customer may reschedule based on availability. Bay Tigers Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel any rental if conditions are unsafe.

POWER REQUIREMENTS
Customer must provide dedicated electrical outlets within 100 feet of setup location. If a generator is rented, customer agrees to proper operation instructions.

DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT
Customer accepts full responsibility for damage, theft, vandalism, misuse, burns, cuts, pet damage, or missing equipment occurring during rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to customer.

CLEANING FEES
Excessive cleaning due to food, mud, gum, face paint, confetti, glitter, silly string, or other prohibited materials may result in additional cleaning fees.

LATE PICKUP FEES
Equipment not available for pickup at the agreed time may result in additional rental charges.

PHOTO RELEASE
Customer grants Bay Tigers Party Rentals permission to photograph rental setups for advertising and marketing purposes unless prohibited in writing.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bay Tigers Party Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from use of rented equipment.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Customer acknowledges that inflatable and rental equipment activities involve inherent risks including injury, disability, or death. Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and use.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Customer releases Bay Tigers Party Rentals and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, death, or other claims resulting from use of rental equipment.

ALABAMA GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate court located in Baldwin County, Alabama.

INSPECTION CHECKLIST
